Women who lift weights and fear to become male

Building an enviable physique is the aspiration of most people when they begin to a lifestyle of fitness oriented. The desire to lose the gut feared and tone the rest of the body is at the top of the list for most Americans during the resolution of each new year. Most of the men was to hit the weights hard in order to turn their arms "string size" monumental peaks. Cardiovascular routines are sure to follow, as they dream of alluring six-pack waiting for them.

Women, however, are torn between two choices. Moreover, they want to tone their bodies and lose more fat. Unfortunately, expect a huge obstacle for many of these women before they even start. This obstacle occurs not at the gym, but rather in the minds of most women. There is a tremendous fear that if they engage in weightlifting hard, then they will begin to develop quality male essentially losing their femininity. This principle is completely unfounded, without a shred of truth.

The truth is that women need to lift heavy weights just as much as men, if not more, in order to get a physical. Women already weights stacked against them when it comes to build muscle. Men have an abundance of testosterone with low levels of estrogen, which is very conducive to building muscle. Women, however, have low levels of testosterone and estrogen levels. This switch in hormones makes it very difficult for women to earn each muscle at all. Therefore, women have to work much harder than men in the gym to earn substantially less muscle.

Another principle that every woman should consider, which is a weightlifting routine, combined with an efficient cardiovascular routine by far the best way to lose fat and keep it. When a person lifts weights a few things happen. The individual burns calories while he/she is working. In addition, typically with cardiovascular workouts that calories burned only lasts for a few hours after your workout, but with the weight training muscles must be rebuilt after being shot down during the exercise session. This reconstruction also muscle consumes additional calories and can last for several days. But perhaps the most important factor to consider is that for every pound of muscle which an individual acquires its metabolism permanently increases to the point where you can enjoy an additional 50 calories every day. If a person had to gain 10 pounds of muscle, then that person may consume an additional 500 calories each day, just to maintain their weight. Lifting weights and muscle gaining the fat burning process are greatly accelerated and sustained.

Many women will read information above and still stray from weightlifting. Many of these women will instead try to execute only cardiovascular workouts for "fear of becoming a man", with consequent emaciated physiques without a hint of muscle tone. The truth is that weight lifting will never change a woman's anatomy. The voice of the horse, hairy body, massive muscles, etc., which are seen on other women bodybuilders are the result of the use of anabolic steroids and weightlifting. Only weightlifting woman will be able to get the desirable while maintaining a lean physique.
